Air Scaler Repair – $145
- Complete disassembly of dental air scaler
- Removal of main housing, spindle shaft, rotor, o-rings, suspension grommet, crimp rings, o-rings, and water line brace
- Inspection of all components for wear or blemishes during the disassembly process
- Replace all critical and worn components with high-quality new components
- Reassemble the main spindle housing and drive components and install the new assembly into the scaler housing
- Test the newly rebuilt scaler for vibration, water atomization, and power
Clean, Lubricate, and Test – $35
- If the handpiece does not need a full repair, we will clean the critical components (interior and exterior) and then lubricate and test the motor to ensure the motor runs to the manufacturer's specifications
