- Back cap getting hot
- Back cap does not have spring
- Lack of torque, squealing, wobbling
- No water or water leaking
- Not holding a bur or locking burs
- Vibration or wobble while in use
- Water not spraying in a mist

Turbine Replacement – $129
- Replace old ball bearings with new ceramic ball bearings
- Install balanced turbine assembly with hardened chuck bur gripping mechanism for extended life
- Replace old o-rings with new high temperature concentric o-rings
- Test speed, concentricity, and DB (noise level) testing
- Clean the internal and external dental handpiece housing
Head Reattachment – $65
- Disassemble head, water lines, air lines and fiber-optics
- Clean the head and neck of oil and debris
- Change body o-rings and neck o-rings
- Braze or loctite head back into place (24-hours cure time)
- Re-assemble water and air lines to the manifold
- Test speed, concentricity and DB (noise level) testing
Bur Removal – $35
- Disassemble turbine or handpiece
- Remove the bur from the chuck using a small punch
- Clean the interior of the head and back cap
- Change the turbine o-rings
- Install the turbine back into the dental handpiece
- Test speed, concentricity, and DB (noise level)
Un-Clog Water Line – $35
- Thread a wire through the water line and chip air line
- Connect the handpiece to the water line cleaner
- Purge the water line using the plunger
- Test dental handpiece spray and mist
Back Cap Replacement – $22
- Replace broken back cap with new back cap
- Test speed, concentricity, and DB (noise level) testing
- Clean the internal dental handpiece head housing
Clean, Lubricate, and Test – $35
- If the handpiece does not need a full repair, we will clean the critical components (interior and exterior) and then lubricate and test the motor to ensure the motor runs to the manufacturer's specifications
