Hygiene Handpiece Repair – $145
- Complete disassembly of the front and rear of the handpiece
- Inspect interior and exterior components for wear or blemishes during the disassembly process
- Replace all worn and broken parts with new components
- On the top half of the motor, we replace the chucking mechanism, bearings, and drive gear (the most common parts that fail)
- On the lower half of the motor, we replace the rotor blades, bearings, o-rings, and gear
- Our service includes cleaning the interior and exterior housing
- Handpiece is tested for RPM, Torque, and gripping force to ensure the handpiece runs at the manufacturers specifications
Clean, Lubricate, and Test – $35
- If the handpiece does not need a full repair, we will clean the critical components (interior and exterior) and then lubricate and test the motor to ensure the motor runs to the manufacturer's specifications
